What
happens if I receive a disconnected or wrong phone number?
On our fresh leads package we add additional names to
the order to cover disconnected phone numbers. Although it rarely
happens, should you exceed the free leads - we will replace those
additional disconnected.
We call every fresh lead to assure that the telephone
# is working - so our disconnects are minimal.
With our weekly leads program we use the same fresh
opt-in leads. If you exceed 10% bad numbers we will replace the
bad or disconnects - but it has never happened. These leads are
priced very low so that even with a few bad #'s they remain a bargain!

How
old are your 'Income Seeker Opt-In Leads'?
Our 'Income Seeker Opt-In Fresh Leads'
include leads from 12 to 48 hours old.
'Interviewed Leads' are
less than 24 hours old (often less than 1 hour old) and have answered
questions about how much they are willing to invest, name, telephone #,
email address, state, if they have credit card/checking and how much
they are willing to invest to build a business.

Why
are your leads less expensive?
Well, it certainly isn't the quality of the lead. We
generate some of our own leads and then we buy additional leads from the
big lead producing companies.
We sell our leads for less than our cost.
(They told me this was
'stupid' when I got the idea to do it this way!)
So we sell the leads two times - (always to a
different company) and make a small profit.
We pass the savings on to you... and our leads are as
good if not better than other leads priced 3x as much.
(We probably get them at the
same places;)
We do everything possible to keep the prices low -
limited expenses, unfriendly staff, work at home, no restaurant meals, cheap
clothes - you get the idea.
Our sales are mostly word of mouth - which saves us
lots of dollars on advertising.

How
often do you sell the leads?
Our Fresh Income Seeker opt-in leads are sold only two times
- never to the same company.
At 10 days some are sold once more.
We sell our 60+ leads once or twice.
But remember, we never sell the same lead to the same
company.

How
can I get people to respond to my email?
Most important - you need to email people who 'are
looking'.
Next you need a great subject line.
Then you want to lead with your strongest benefit.
...And personalize your email.
We have received more than 10% response from our
fresh leads.

What
should I say to people I call?
This is the place where you can really get help with
your business. We'll be glad to train you on what to say on the phone.
And we'll train you - one on
one - for FREE.
When we call - we try to listen - real hard - to
everything the person we call - says. In particular, how the person
responds after we tell them why we are calling.
You can get a 'feel' for how to proceed - by the
initial responses.
Try starting by giving your name and city where you
are located. Then try - 'The reason I'm calling (put the other persons
name in here) is that you went to my website and asked for
information about making some extra income'.
(Do not ask if that is true. You have their name
in front of you! Of course it's true.)
Don't say anything until they respond or hang-up - period... and
listen to the response very well.
Avoid asking any questions at first, but pause to let
the person think.
Try to avoid scripts - because you will kill the easy
conversation necessary to build rapport.
