Tab or Text
Tab and Text (same format) the leads are sent
with spaces between the fields.
For example, Carol Jones, 37 F St, Wash. DC.
Just like normal text.
CSV
or Comma Separated Values
Just like the above example but there are
commas between the fields.
For example, Carol,,Jones,,37 F St.,,Wash.,,DC.,,
This is important for some autoresponders to
put the fields in the correct places.
Excel
Excel is
a Microsoft program that puts each field in a separate box.
We find it most useful when you are calling
leads because you can only keep open the names, phone #'s and
state.
